Carol Hill owned and operated Cuddles Christian Childcare, a family daycare business for 11 years before shutting its doors in 2003.  Carol set a precedent as a daycare business that not only ministered to children but whose ministry extended to the entire family unit.  Carol provided biblical insight and counsel for struggling families whose children were under her care.  While operating the daycare ministry she completed a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Development from Martin University in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Carol has spent her life serving in various ministries over the years.  As a former member of Eastern Star Church, Carol served on the Pastoral Care Team as a team leader as well as a certified trainer for the Survival Skills for Women curriculum. Along with Pastor Hill, she taught a 14-week marriage class entitled, “Marriages That Last A Lifetime” at Eastern Star Church's Jewel Bible Institute. God has graced Carol with a heart of servitude and as an intercessor with a burden for the people of God to want to see them not only healed but whole and complete in Christ.

Since the birth of Healing Streams Word and Worship Center on April 20, 2003, Carol (affectionately called, “Lady Carol” by the Healing Streams family) has served (or still serves) in ministry on the worship team, as a counselor, and church administrator.  She also assists the Senior Pastor in the development of ministries and leadership.

Carol is the awesome spouse of the Senior Pastor of Healing Streams Word and Worship Center, A. Thomas Hill.  Together they are a dynamic couple with an awesome love for God and people.  Carol has ministered and counseled with Pastor Hill in many areas relating to marriage and family over the years.  Together they continually strive to embody God's design for marriage in their own lives before the people of God.

They have been married 28 years and are the proud parents of, Carlin and his wife Rasolyn, Troy and Tyler and the beaming grandparents of Carlin Jr. and Caiden.
